1. Who we are

This website, globalgroupconsulting.com, is operated by Global Group for Pharmaceutical Consulting & Business Development, trading as Global Group Consulting, a company registered in Egypt under Commercial Registration No. 565693866 (“we”, “us”).

We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email kamelmostafa@globalgroupconsulting.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the website securely.

WhenData
You book a meeting (Microsoft Bookings)Name, email address, phone number, any address or notes you enter, and the date and time you choose
You send a brief or email usYour email address and name, your company, and anything you write, including your priority, focus market and the decision you are working toward
You visit the websiteTechnical data processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to deliver the site; and anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics

Please do not send us sensitive personal data (for example health information) or confidential third-party information through the website. If a project requires confidential information, we will agree how to share it securely.

3. How we use it

  • To arrange and hold meetings you request, and to send confirmations and reminders.
  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposed scope of work.
  • To keep the website secure and working, and to understand overall visitor numbers.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records where the law requires.

We process your data because you asked us to (to take steps at your request before a possible engagement), with your consent where you provide it, for our legitimate interest in running and securing our website, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and under their own data-protection commitments:

  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365: Bookings, Outlook and Teams) to manage bookings, email and online meetings.
  • Cloudflare to host and protect this website and to provide anonymous visitor statistics.

We may also share data with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, are covered by those websites’ own privacy policies.

5. International transfers

We work with clients across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and Egypt, and our service providers operate data centres in several countries. Your data may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. When this happens, we rely on our providers’ contractual and security safeguards and transfer only what is needed for the purposes above, in line with applicable law, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, for visitors in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case we keep records for as long as the engagement and applicable record-keeping laws require. Technical logs are kept only for the short periods set by our hosting provider. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set its own cookies. Visitor statistics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across websites. When you open the booking window, Microsoft Bookings loads inside the page and may set cookies needed for the booking service to work; these are controlled by Microsoft.

8. Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, depending on where you live, other laws such as the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have rights to:

  • be informed about how your data is used;
  • access your data and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • ask us to delete data we no longer need; and
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting earlier processing.

To use any of these rights, email kamelmostafa@globalgroupconsulting.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data-protection authority: in Egypt, the Personal Data Protection Centre; in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

9. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the website, and access controls on our accounts to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, so please contact us immediately if you believe your data has been compromised.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. For any question about this policy, contact us at kamelmostafa@globalgroupconsulting.com.
